On Monday 17^th September Spark Inside joined a host of other incredible charities working in the criminal justice system to shout about the great work that we are all doing to make a real difference to people’s lives. 

Organised by Clinks and held at the Haberdashers’ Hall London, Spark Inside enjoyed hundreds of visitors to the exhibition stand, which also displayed the Hero’s Journey™ steps that our participants (15 – 25-year-old boys and men) in prisons go through, to create change in their lives. 

Spark Inside Life Coach, Lilian Flynn said: 

Clinks CEO Anne Fox presented an overview of the voluntary sector in criminal justice and why it needs support, before introducing the Secretary of State for Justice, Rt Hon. David Gauke MP, who gave a speech about the importance of the voluntary sector in criminal justice. He said: 

Guests were treated to an evening of lively performances and demonstrations from vital charities, including a moving theatre performance from Imagine If, spoken word poetry from Working Chance, a freestyle rap from Rise Up CIC and an in-cell cooking demonstration from Food Matters Inside & Out.
