We’re hiring a Service Delivery Manager to join our team.
This is an on-the-ground role working mainly in prisons in London and the South East, engaging young people to take part in life coaching workshops and one-to-one coaching. You’ll also manage our incredible freelance coaches and ensure our programmes run smoothly and with impact.
This role is for someone who:
- Thrives on building relationships with young people
- Is highly organised and calm in changeable environments
- Can build trust across the criminal justice system
- Is motivated by meaningful, outcomes-driven work
You’ll work closely with prison staff, Youth Offending Services, the National Probation Service, and other partners as our community work evolves.
