Service Delivery Manager — East Midlands and South Yorkshire
We’re recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead our delivery at HMP Ranby and HMP Moorland. The SDM will be responsible for engaging young people in prison and in the community to participate in Spark Inside’s life coaching workshops and one-to-one coaching. They will also manage our team of freelance coaches and play a key role in project management and smooth running of our coaching programmes.
- Responsible to: Head of Service Delivery
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full time — 35 hours per week (the option of part time hours is available)
- Salary: £33,437
- Location: Primarily working in prisons in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, with occasional office based work in London and some opportunity for home-working
- Annual leave: 28 days per year (plus Bank Holidays and three days at Christmas)

Life Coach and Workshop Facilitator — London and the South East
We are seeking coaches to deliver our Hero’s Journey programme for young people, aged 15 – 30, in prisons and in the community.
The Life Coach and Workshop Facilitator is contracted by Spark Inside on a freelance basis. They will work closely with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to provide an excellent coaching service to young people in prison by:
- acting as an ambassador for Spark Inside;
- raising any concerns in a timely manner;
- supporting evaluation and reporting activity; and,
- communicating honestly with colleagues.
Spark Inside provides five days training, following the selection process, to prepare coaches for delivering the Hero’s Journey programme.
