We are thrilled to announce Sophie Ruddock as Spark Inside’s new Ambassador!
Sophie, a former Spark Inside trustee, is a dedicated advocate for social justice with experience across the public, private and non profit sectors. As the Chief Operating Officer of Multiverse, she’s been instrumental in expanding career opportunities for young people through apprenticeships, achieving remarkable growth across the UK and US. Prior to joining Multiverse, Sophie was an early pioneer of impact investment, focusing on criminal justice, social care and education. She is passionate about social justice reform, and, in particular, is motivated by partnership across the non-profit and public sectors to create ambitious and lasting change for the individuals we serve.
