We are pleased to announce the appointment of three new Trustees to our Board: Melissa Case, Simon Drysdale, and Paul Heardman!
Our Trustees are skilled and experienced volunteers, who share Spark Inside’s values, vision and mission, who believe in the power of coaching and are committed to driving culture change in the justice system. The Board of Trustees support our CEO and Senior Management Team, and act as mentors to our Board Fellows.
This year we recruited three new Trustees, each selected for their expertise and leadership in different areas. We are thrilled to welcome Melissa, Simon, and Paul to the Board.

After three years of committed service, we are saying a fond farewell to our Trustee Mike Conway. Mike has been an excellent asset to our Board and will be missed by all the team. We would like to thank Mike for his valuable work and dedication to championing coaching and driving change in the justice system.
Former trustees continue to make an impact at Spark Inside, and we are delighted that in the last year Tom Currie has joined the staff team, and Kenny Imafidon has become our first ever Spark Inside Ambassador.
