We’veraisedover£43,000toco-designa prisonlifecoachingprogrammeforyoungblack men!
All of your donations are in! We’re very excited to reveal that we have raised a grand total of £43,543 during the Big Give’s Christmas Challenge 2018.
We would like to say a big thank you to all our generous donors who made this happen! We couldn’t have done this without you.
A special mention goes to our donors Andrew Dixon and the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, who were pleased to donate as part of their crowdfunding matching initiative.
How is my donation going to be used?
Your donations will go towards co-designing a tailored version of our life coaching programme, Hero’s Journey™, with and for young black men and dual-heritage men aged 15 to 25 in prisons across London.
We know from The Lammy Review and recent prison service research that young black men in prison are over-represented, but there are few services in prison that are tailored to their needs and experiences.

We already know what a difference life coaching makes to young people in prison. Our latest evaluation results show it has improved young people’s wellbeing, decision-making, resilience and confidence, as well as reducing their reoffending by one-third.
